My stay at this hotel was a real mixed bag. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Cheltenham, but the room left a lot to be desired with bed bugs and a range of issues. The service was friendly, but their response to concerns was lacking. Dining options were limited, but the facilities were decent overall.
